Henderson Office:  Lorimel Adeline Lopez-Culanag, FNP will continue seeing all patients at 1371 W. Warm Springs Rd, Ste 120, Henderson, NV 89014.  You may continue scheduling appointments by calling or texting the office at 702-213-3099. 

Although Optima Medical is a different group, you will continue to see the same familiar faces that you and your family have entrusted with your healthcare throughout the years.   Under the Optima Medical network, you will be able to receive expanded services!
